Increasing Mindfulness Reducing Stress

According to an annual Gallup poll, Americans are among the most stressed people in the world, and stress levels at work and in our personal lives have been the highest in decades. In our seminar, we will explore and practice mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and exercises that can get us and our students -and even families- started on a journey towards greater flourishing in the midst of pressures.
