What Is Your Why? Finding motivation for the work you do

Being an educator can be very challenging for many reasons, but to maintain your passion, it is important to reclaim and affirm your “why.” Why are you in this profession? Why do you care? Why do you matter? During this morale-boosting workshop, educators will be presented research-based evidence to support their value and their necessity in the educational system. The purpose of this workshop is to refuel those in the education profession in order to remind them how much they matter, and to help participants to reconnect to their own personal “why.” This workshop is the perfect training to begin the academic year.
